This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1C0RH3241A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business participation, IAW FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS code is 334518 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. CLIN 0001: High Voltage Materials The 554 RHS at Andersen AFB, Guam requires a varied list of high voltage items. These include, with minimum specifications: Eighty (80) each 5" PVC conduit - must be 5" rigid non metallic conduit, PVC schedule 40, 10' long color gray Five (5) each: 5" PVC elbow - must be 5" 90 degree rigid non metallic conduit, PVC schedule 40, color gray Six (6) each: 5" PVC End Bell - 5" End Bell rigid non metallic conduit, PVC schedule 40, color gray One (1) each: 5/8" x 8' Ground Rod - must be copper 5/8" x 8', ground rod, pointed end, copper bonded steel, must meet standard UL Three (3) each: Pulling compound 1 gal. wire pulling lubricant - must be twine, spiral wrap, tracer, poly line, rot/mildew resistance & resists tangling while being dispensed, length: 6,500 ft, tensile strength: 210 lbs.
