Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs New England Healthcare System (VISN 1), White Rive Junction Facility has a requirement for three (3) GE MAC 1600 Interpretive Digital Portable EKG with Internal Memory and Communication as well as accessories including ECG Premium Thermal Paper; Disposable Resting ECG Tab Electrodes, and Protective Cases. This notice is published to determine sources capable of providing the required equipment. Those companies capable and interested in a near future procurement should respond via email to Judith.Ruggiero@va.gov; subject line to read: "Sources Sought Response - EKG FOR WRJ" and provide the following information: (1) name of company; (2) DUNS Number; (3) POC with phone number and email address; (4) socio-economic status (very important); and (5) delivery time from date a purchase order is issued. Respondents must be currently registered in SAM. Provide DUNS number for verification purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION REQUEST. A solicitation will be published in the near future - set aside requirements to be determined based on information received in response to this notice. Responses due by close of business Tuesday, July 17, 2013.
