Description

The VA Network Contracting Office (#22) intends to negotiate a sole source firm, fixed-price service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) with Clinedge LLC to develop and maintain a website for the Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health that is engaging, innovative and informative and that will deliver the most updated tools, resources, and information to visitors - including the public, providers (clinicians, educators and researchers), stakeholders, partners, Veterans and their families. This website will be created using the branding and marketing campaign provided by Clinedge LLC under a previous purchase order, and the vision and goals of the Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health. The website will be located at the University of San Diego's (UCSD's) San Diego Supercomputer Center, Building A-2. Contract is for a one (1) year base period. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Solicitation to be available on/or about 09/23/13 with quote due on/or about 09/25/13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Requests for information concerning this intent may be sent, in writing, to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at Jan.Smith1@va.gov or faxed to (562) 346-1733 by no later than 09/23/13 at 12:00 PM PST. The requester must include the RFQ Number, requester's name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.
