- N6572613T0091 - LSJ N6572613T0091 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.001(a). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received by the closing date of this posting will be considered by the government. The solicitation number is N65726-13-T-0091, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated NAICS code is 511210. This requirement is for HP Loadrunner and Functional Testing software maintenance renewal. Line items are listed on attachment N65726-13-T-0091. Each line item must be priced individually. This task shall have a period of performance of 30 September 2013 to 29 September 2014. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer; Central Contract Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options; apply to this solicitation. Quotes are due on 23 September 2013, by 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted." Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail.
