- Text for Video Streaming Solicitation SF 18 for Video Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SA1301-13-RQ-0081. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The full text of clauses referenced herein may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far/. The NAICS code is 517919 ALL OTHER TELECOMMUNICATIONS. The Government shall award one fixed price contract as a result of this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% UNRESTRICTED. The duration of this contract is from date of award for a period of one year and four one year option periods. Vendor must be actively registered in System for Awards Management, in accordance with 52.204-7. The solicitation notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site www.fedbizopps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, must be considered by the Agency. No paper copies of solicitations or amendments will be issued. No telephone facsimile or written request for the solicitation will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
