- Purchase request 0048103198. NSN 1680-01-383-7989. Belt, Aircraft Safety. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is for 831 each. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is Unrestricted, utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a source control item. Approved sources are: US Army Aviation CAGE 81996, Conax Corporation CAGE 62323, and Pacific Scienitic Co CAGE 45402. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Configuration Control applies. The requested delivery is 150 DARO. A subcontracting plan will be required. Solicitation Issue Date: October 3, 2013 Solicitation Close Date: November 4, 2013 A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self register and review the available training tools at https://dla.procurexinc.com/_theme/dla/Pages/default.aspx to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
