- Purchase Request: 0050560742, NSN: 6695-01-444-7073, Part Number: 901-375-874-101 Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The approved source for this item is Bell Helicopter Textron, Cage 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 80 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0001). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 174 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW BOA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The solicitation issue date is October 2, 2013. The anticipated closing date is October 16, 2013. The approved source for this item is Rosemount Aerospace Inc. CAGE 59885. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package to DLA Aviation.
