- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is VV912Cl-13-R-0096. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-61 dated October 15, 2012. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 532120, Small Business Size Standard $35.5 million. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Both clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Description of Requirement: The U.S. Government requires the lease of three 4x4 trucks and one Sport Utility Vehicles for a period of six months (with two option periods of six months each with a total lease period of 18 months) to transport equipment and transport personnel and equipment in Lima Peru, and throughout the country in accordance with the Statement of Work (See Attached Document). CLIN 0001 Rental of Three (3) 4X4 Trucks with Diesel engine, air conditioning (AC) and heating system, 4 doors, power steering, power brakes and able to accommodate 5 passengers. Model year of vehicle must be 2010 or later. Make and Model: TOYOTA HILUX or Equivalent. Shall include the following equipment: Protective under-carriage, and all terrain tires during the period of 25 September 2013 to 24 March 2014. CLIN 0002 Rental of One (1) 4X4 Sports Utility Vehicles with Diesel engine, air conditioning (AC) and heating system, 4 doors, power steering, power brakes and able to accommodate 4-6 passengers.
