- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N6883613T0318 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on a total small business set a-side basis, NAICS Code 811310. This is for an Equipment Maintenance Service contract and NASJRB New Orleans, All equipment on attachment is included on the service contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment tools, parts and supplies to repair all the equipment listed during normal working hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for all calls placed before 1:00 pm. Service will be performed upon request of user during the normal working days and hours of the Servicing Office. Items not included in the service contract are attachments, mixer accessories, expendable items; supply items and add -on equipment. Repairs required at any time due to damage by fire, water, burglary, accident, abuse acts, of God, etc will not be covered under the service contract.
