STATEMENT OF WORK ENDOSOFT LICENSE AND SUPPORT FOR PICTURE ARCHIVE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought NAICS:423430; Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchants and Wholesalers PSC: D319; IT and Telecommunications - Annual Software and Maintenance Service Plans This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of market research only. This notice is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice will not be evaluated for award. Responses will only be utilized to survey the marketplace and determine the availability of this service. The Eastern Colorado Healthcare System Denver VA Medical Center is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for licensing and support of Endosoft software for a Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS). [begin statement of work] STATEMENT OF WORK The Gastroenterology Serviceat the Denver VA Medical Center requires an annual service agreement for Endosoft licensing and support on the software which runs the picture archiving and communication system currently in use. This service will include: "24/7 Telephone Support with competent technical support Engineers with an approved remote access by the VA; "on-site support if the contractor cannot resolve the issue through remote access within two (2) business days; "the contractor shall support the Endosoft software and provide system updates and upgrade as applicable; "provide application support to system end users; "telephone support through VA approved remote access via VPN (virtual private network); and "five (5) workstation, five (5) administration, and four (4) interface (ADT, OBR, Vista, DICOM) software licenses. III. Period of Performance (POP), Estimated Base year: October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 Option Year One: October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 Option Year Two: October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 Option Year Three: October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 Option Year Four: October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 [end statement of work] The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain the potential market capacity. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. Please provide documentation of the size of your business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 with an SBA size standard of 100 employees.
