- Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) has awarded on a sole source basis a Requirements contract for repairs and maintenance on Radiation Detection Backpacks (RADPACKS) owned by the U.S. Coast Guard in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The proposed contract is the only source capable of providing repairs and maintenance on the RADPACKS. Contract was awarded on 17 September 2013.
