- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR CELL PHONE REPEATER. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. <p> The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions below. <p> Question 1: Can we submit our response via email? <p> Answer 1: Yes, please submit them to kathryn.mclaurin@nasa.gov. <p> Question 2: What time is the bid due as we didnt see any reference to this or the format of the response? <p> Answer 2: The bid is due September 25, 2013 at noon CST. There is no format requirements. <p> Question 3: I see this posted but where is the statement of work or requirements? <p> Answer 3: Please see the attachment for the statement of work. <p> Question 4: I have all the equipment and costs but cannot access forms to send them to you. Can you assist? <p> Answer 4: Please reference the help section at FBO.gov to see what assistance they can provide. https://www.fbo.gov/utils/help_desk <p> The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. <p> Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on September 18, 2013.
