Description

J&A The USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station has awarded a firm fixed price contract to Rough Brothers, Inc. (DUNS = 084757772) to install parallel control panels at West Virginia University's Evansdale Greenhouse under the authority FAR 13.306-1 (b)-- Soliciting from a Single Source; and FAR 6.302-1-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The USDA Forest Service provided $1.197 million in funding in Fiscal Year 2008 toward a $5 million greenhouse that was built on the campus of West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV (PL 110-161). The original installation was performed by Rough Brothers, Inc. This is not a request for quotes, and no formal solicitation was issued. This notice is for informational purposes only. The NAICS Code for this project is 237130 with a size standard of $33.5 million. REFERENCE: AG-3604-P-13-0041 in the amount of $31,855.00 awarded on September 24, 2013.
