- Market Research - Sources Sought Aerial Supervision Modules (ASM) The purpose of this request for information is to conduct market research to determine commercial availability of airplanes (with or without modifications) that will meet aerial supervision module specifications within reasonable pricing parameters. Information submitted will facilitate the issuance of a solicitation of competitive proposals for the dry lease of up to15 airplanes. The solicitation is anticipated to be published early in 2014, with an anticipated award in mid-year.
