- ***This presolicitation notice replaces presolicitation notice for SPM4A813R0074.*** DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Abrasive Water Jet Machine with contract completion required in 120 days ARO. Solicitation is Other than Full and Open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) with Omax Corporation as the approved source. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 13-11-1037 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A814R0005 is anticipated to issue on October 15, 2013 and close on November 15, 2013. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Do not follow link to DIBBS that FBO shows. That link does not work. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
