PRE - SOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT Title: P-536 FOR ENERGY RECIRCULATION SYSTEM AND ELECTRIC MACHINERY EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, BUILDING 633 COMPLEX, PHILADELPHIA, PA Solicitation Number: N40085-13-R-3523 Notice Type: Pre - Synopsis NAICS: 236220 with a Construction Size Standard of $33,500,000 Magnitude of Construction $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northeast IPT, Mid-Atlantic is posting this Pre - Synopsis for the P-536 construction project. The construction project is located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The appropriate NAICS Code is 236220, with a Construction Size Standard of $33,500,000. This will be a One-Phase Design/Bid/Build (DBB), Best Value Source Selection (BVSS) solicitation.
