- NSN: 6695-01-207-7459, Bezel, Instrument Mounting. The approved sources are Sun Dial & Panel Corporation, CAGE 99917, part number 70553-01110-107; Control Products Corporation, CAGE 27520, part number 600226-001; and Sun Display Systems LLC, CAGE 6ELP9, part number 70553-01110-107. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. NSN is a non-commercial item. NSN is a source control item. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Destination. The required delivery is 30 days after receipt of order. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base period and four 1-year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated based on the estimated annual contract quantity of 204 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 51 each base period only. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside, utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 22 October 2013. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) utilizing the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the CCR and ORCA. Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
