Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dominos Farms Office Park, LLC. of Ann Arbor Michigan for PBX telecommunication services for the Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for Patient Safety, Ann Arbor, Michigan. NAICS 531120 applies; the small business size standard is $7.0 Million dollars. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform PBX telecommunication service to the National Center for Patient Safety, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Suite M 2100, Ann Arbor, MI, 48106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 PM, EST on Oct 7, 2013. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to robert.kay@va.gov.
