Description: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a portion of the Sources Sought Language. Delete the following sentances: The Government intends to issue a Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Order Contract to the low priced, responsive and responsible firm who submits their offer in accordance with this solicitation. The resultant contract will be to a single awardee. The resulting contract is anticipated to be for a minimum of 300 units and a maximum of 1500 units over a two-year period. Add the following sentances: The Government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Order Contract to the vendor whose proposal is: the lowest price; is evaluated as technically acceptable; who's past performance demonstrates an ability to design, develop, manufacture and deliver items of same or similar design and complexity within a timeframe comparable to that required; and is determined to be responsive and responsible in accordance with the solicitation. The resultant contract will be to a single awardee. The resulting contract is anticipated to be for a minimum of 300 units and a maximum of 1500 units over a five (5)-year period.
