It is not a Critical Safety Application(CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. This is a source controlled item, DLA intends to place an order against Parker Hannifin's current BOA. The Government does not possess the technical data for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers.
