Hood Service Contract for Omaha, Grand Island, and Lincoln, Nebraska This commercial service covers annual or semi-annual inspections, cleaning, and certification for Laminar Flow Hoods, Chemical Fume Hoods, Class II Biological Safety Cabinets (Type A and Type B), Laminar Flow Work Benches, Clean Rooms, and Barrier Isolators. This contract was to cover emergency repair, maintenance, and recertification of the above stated equipment. It was for one base year of 1 October - 30 September with four (4) year options. Solicitation Number VA263-13-Q-3361 was posted August 27, 2013 to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). Amendment A00001 postponed the project. Amendment A00002 was issued October 2, 2013 to reestablish the proposal due date as October 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm. This project was set aside for small businesses. Only an offer from a large business was received. This solicitation is hereby cancelled. It will be reissued unrestricted.
