- This award shall provide a full range of technical expertise (e.g., analysis, design, development, integration, and testing), functional knowledge management, hardware/software integration, deployment and maintenance of the capabilities and provide documentation required to execute iEHR. Providing capabilities/applications in Increment 2 and beyond to meet the Interagency Clinical Informatics Board (ICIB) prioritized requirements and the technical requirements that provide the user with a valuable intuitive "user experience." Providing the continued development and support of the data accelerators. As iEHR components are developed and delivered, ensuring that all the components are aligned, interoperable, and fully operational with each other as well as adhere to test and integration technical activities and schedule. This may require readiness reviews, coordination of testing metrics and measures prior to entering the formal test process. Supporting, testing, fielding, developing, and installing the integrated iEHR system at regional and local locations in support of the medical facilities in the DoD and VA, their Components, and to other activities as designated and prioritized by the iEHR Program Managers. Continuing to evolve iEHR to a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in a net-centric environment utilizing a federated data repository delivered via common "user experience" (e.g. Graphical User Interface (GUI), portal framework) that includes legacy write-back. Supporting multiple versions of iEHR at any one time. The Integrator may also assume that follow-on releases will be structured similarly; that is, to build upon existing capabilities to provide more functionality.
