- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Qty 2; IR Blackbody Systems with controller. This requirement is sole sourced to Electro-Optical Industries, Inc., 859 WARD DR, SANTA BARBARA, CA, 93111-2960 due to the Blackbody is a direct replacement of the existing equipment and compatible with existing components already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Electro-Optical Industries, Inc IR Blackbody Systems with controller may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the IR Blackbody Systems with controller without causing programmatic hardship.
