- ***Notice Amendment*** This amendment is issued to make the following changes: To change the Quantity: From: Minimum quantity of 10 each To: Minimum quantity of 55 each All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION related to this acquisition should be directed to DLA-AHA-B; Geraldine Turner, Contracting Officer, via email Geraldine.turner@dla.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX3C0136AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each and a maximum quantity of 165 each CONTROL ASSEMBLY, QU, NSN: 1680-01-549-4959, Part Number: 145ES010-8 applicable to the BK CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 55 each, 480 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 55 each, 2nd Year, 55 each, 3rd Year, 55 each. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 77272. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
