- Performance Work Statement Item #1 Trauma Training Contact Information James Rawlings Contract Specialist USPFO, Colorado (720) 847-8600 James.s.rawlings.ctr@mail.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a training vendor to provide trauma training for 20 to 25 students. Please see attached scope of work to for the Performance of Work Statement to see if all of the qualifications can be met. We are looking for a per/student price breakdown. We will need to be using the contractor's location for the training and we are looking for a "turnkey" operation. Attached is the Performance work statement that includes instructor to student ratio as well as what the class needs to include. This procurement is based on availability of FY 14 funds. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 and the small business standard is $10.0M. This solicitation will end on October 22, 2011 0930a.m. EST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
