- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for a Barge Mounted Crane System. N00253-14-T-0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be firm-fixed price. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333923 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The government requires FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610 within six (6) months of contract award. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The closing date of the solicitation is 18 November 2013 by 10:00 A.M. PST. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date. Questions received within seven (7) days of the solicitation closing date will not be entertained. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to: Jamie.Yourkoski@navy.mil. No paper copies will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
