- Due to the government shutdown, ATF has been unable to release the Questions & Answers (Q&As) for this RFP at the anticipated time. The new anticipated release date of Q&As is No Later Than Wednesday, 11/6/13. As a result, the new date for proposal submissions is Friday, 11/15/13 (unless amended later). All PPPSs should be submitted NLT 5:00pm EST on Friday, 11/1/13 - None will be accepted after then. Contractors are advised not to submit their proposal(s) before the Q&As are released.
