- NSN 1680-00-673-4316; Unrestricted Acquisition; Other Than Full and Open Competition. The only approved manufacturing sources are: Rolls-Royce Corporation, DBA., CAGE 63005 and Pacific Sky Supply, Inc., CAGE 66905; Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; Part Numbered Item; Export Control Applies; Government First Article Testing; Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 372 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested delivery for First Article is 180 days after receipt of order; Requested delivery for Final Production is 168 days after First Article approval or 168 days after receipt of order with a First Article waiver; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Progress Payments are not offered as the conditions at FAR 32.5 have not been met; Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
