Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-13-R-0040 Set Aside: N/A Response Date: 11 30 2013 ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO ATTN: CCAM-ALL, Laurie Hewitt, Contracting Officer, via email laurie.hewitt@us.army.mil or FAX 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: D14H5206D1, NSN: 1430-01-089-4095, PN: 11437094, Quantity: 24 each minimum/144 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the Patriot missile system. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 24 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Government tested First Article is due 90 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
