Basis of Award The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical capability. PRICE: Lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. TECHNICAL CAPABILITY: The government will consider the completeness and feasibility of the vendor's Technical Approach to assess vendors understanding of the requirement and its ability to successfully complete contract requirements. Acceptable: Quote clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation Unacceptable: Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Provisions and Clauses are inserted in this RFQ: FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
