- RFI for Address Correction-Parcel Interface and Bi-Directional Data Transfers FEMA intends to acquire transactional based data in support of the Individual and Households Program (IHP). During FEMA's registration process, we receive addresses in a variety of formats and quality levels. A reliable source for corrected addresses is required in order for FEMA to provide accurate and timely assistance to assist individuals in their recovery from disasters, while achieving postal savings and efficiencies in a variety of address dependent processes. The service acquired will integrate with FEMA's Java Address Correction Service (JACS) platform to accomplish a bi-directional data transfer. Uncorrected data will be sent to the vendor, corrected and returned to FEMA. Transactions may be requested at various points during the assistance process, including the initial registration, the inspection process and various other points when we receive address data.
