Attachment J.7 - Notes from Meeting for Feedback from Beneficiaries (Government and Regional Counterparts) on the RLP Draft SOW Attachment J.6 - Initial Environmental Examination Determination of Categorical Exclusion Attachment J.5 - Small Business Subcontracting Plan Template Attachment J.4 - SF LLL - Disclosure of Lobbying Activities Form Attachment J.3 - AID 1420-17 Biographical Data Form Attachment J.2 - Acronym List Resilience Learning Project - SOL-623-14-000002 Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals from eligible entities to implement the Resilience Learning Project for USAID/East Africa as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). The objective of the Resilience Learning Project is mutual learning and knowledge management among strategic partners, leading to a supportive policy environment and increased impacts of programming on drought resilience and growth. USAID anticipates the award of one approximately $20 million five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Task Order 01, with a maximum estimated cost of $10 million, will be issued simultaneously with the award of the IDIQ. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encuoraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Secion L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and proposals are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. USAID/East Africa looks forward to receiving and reviewing your proposals.
