- RFQ FAR Clauses DB Wages RFQ Cover Letter Drawings Statement Of Work SF18 The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for the replacement of a water service line serving three (3) housing units. The new line shall provide three (3) housing units with water service via an existing 6" water line currently feeding Married Officer's Quarters SS (MOQ SS) in the vicinity, and include a single corporation stop for the three (3) units. The new service line must provide feeds to all existing feeds within each unit and be properly buried and/or insulated to prevent freezing or sweating. Contractor must be IAW SOW. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: The government will provide AutoCAD drawing flies & 24"x36" plans available upon request. For layering & linetype conventions see https://tsc.wes.army.mil/tsws_acad/AEC_DataBase_Script.asp Performance Period: provide water services within 14 days and final site work within 45 days from notice to proceed. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD December 3, 2013, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Kodiak, Alaska.
