Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio has a requirement for Scrap Metal Recycling Service. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, vehicle maintenance, documentation, reports, medical personnel and supervision necessary to provide recycling service for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and the Rittman National Cemetery locations. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations, and shall be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562219; size standard $38.5 million per annum. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps (FBO) website in the future as a request for proposal. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
