- Textile Washing System Solicitation This is a full and open solicitation for a Textile Washing system. All vendors interested in submitting a quote should review the attachment and follow the prescribed directions. Responses to this solicitation are to be sent via email to susan.ruzicka@nist.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, 16 January 2015. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to susan.ruzicka@nist.gov. Questions must be received no later than 1:00p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
