- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Professional Engineering Services for flight deck and hangar bay firefighting prespectives for launch and recovery, firefighting, and crash/rescue areas for labor and travel. (Period of performance: date of award to 9/30/15) (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to AVW Technologies, Inc., 700 Independence Parkway, Suite 300, Chesapeake, VA 23320 due to unique capability. AVW Technologies, Inc. has critical operational knowledge for continuation of the 6 years of historical data. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
