Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Fayetteville NC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, is conducting market research to determine interest for Versacare beds. The acquisition strategy will be based on responses received from this notice. No refurbished, used items or partial quantities will be accepted. The facility is requesting trade-in for existing beds. Listed below are the required items. 1.Versacre Beds 35 EA. 2.Asset Protection Program. 35 EA. 3.P500 Wound Surface 1 EA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 Size Standard: 500, and the Classification code is 6515. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response only the following information: 1.Company name and DUN # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.Is this item available on FSS Schedule?
