- Request for Quote Package for Chiller Rental Service This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a solicitation package proposal package for the following services. The Contractor is required to provide rental services for one (1) 100 ton air cooled chiller and accessories for Dispersal Barrier IIA located at Lockport, IL. As specified in the additional details attached to this notice, rental services will be required for six (6) months with an additional one (1) month option period. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490, with a Small Business size standard of $32,500,000.00. The Request for Quote package is downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. The project information are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Interested Offerors can download the RFQ Package from this notice. (1) SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 4:30 p.m. CDT on January 23, 2015. Your proposal MUST be mailed to the attention of Greg M. Hermsen, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 231 South La Salle Street, Suite 1500 Chicago, IL 60604. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. IMPORTANT NOTES: (2) IN THE CASE OF A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DATES PUBLISHED IN THIS NOTICE AND THOSE CALLED OUT IN THE ATTACHED RFP DOCUMENT, THE DATES IN THE RFQ DOCUMENT OVERRIDES THOSE PUBLISHED HEREIN THIS NOTICE; THIS IS RELATIVE TO THE RFQ ISSUANCE DATE AND THE DUE DATE FOR SUBMITTAL PACKAGES.
