- The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit with intend to procure NSN 1560-01-137-2654; P/N 68A112103-2037; SPAR, AIRCRAFT, 33 each on a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION BASIS via a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Interested persons may identify their int e rest and capability to respo n d to the requirement or s u bmit proposals. All responsive proposals from responsible sources recei v ed within forty five days after date of publi c ation of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Surplus dealers should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD clause 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Matrial, or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquistion strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
