Description

Price List Base Map 1 of 2 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for sale of timber, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) FA4830-15-Q-0014 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for sale of timber in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 0001), dated 7 January 2015. See attachments 0002 and 0003 for maps. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is issued as unrestricted. The Government anticipates issuing a contract of sale for the contractor(s) found capable of meeting the Government's requirements for sale of timber as outlined in Attachment 0001, Statement of Work. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 113310 - Logging Size Standard: 500 Employees All interested contractors should submit a capabilities package that outlines their capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Complete and include Attachment 0004, price list. Include in your capabilities package your DUNS, Cage Code, System for Award Management expiration date and firm completion date, not to extend beyond 15 March 2015 for the 15 acre area in attachment 0002 and 30 April 2015 for the remaining areas.
