The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) PR-0016075 for preventative maintenance, service and repairs to specialized technical hazards vehicles and is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. This RFQ is being solicited using the commercial item test program for simplified acquisition procedures (see Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13). The Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this RFQ, PR-0015075, to establish a single award, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite for preventative maintenance, service and repairs to specialized technical hazards vehicles. Contract period will be for a base period of one year and four (4) 1-year option periods. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. Background: Please see attached RFQ for preventative maintenance, service and repairs to specialized technical hazards vehicles. ***IMPORTANT DATES*** Solicitation Release: 01/08/15 Questions Due: 01/14/15 Quotes Due: 01/26/15 All questions concerning this RFQ must be sent via email to Jerry.Varnell@ic.fbi.gov by 2:00pm Eastern on January 14, 2015. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Quotes shall be submitted by email to Mr. Jerry Varnell, Contract Specialist, Jerry.Varnell@ic.fbi.gov ; no later than Wednesday, January 26, 2014, 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes shall be clearly marked PR-0015075. Offerors are hereby notified that if their quotes are not received by the date, time and location specified in this announcement, it will not be considered by the agency. Telephone request will not be considered. No questions will be answered over the telephone. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012 to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, DUNS, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
