- Description
- It is the Government's intention to use FAR Part 15 acquisition procedures to award an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) fixed price long term contract with a two year base and the potential for three one-year options. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis for DLA direct (stock) only. This procurement contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery requested is at least 120/ea per month. This acquisition will have an annual estimated quantity of 1900/ea. This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Trade Agreements Act Certification applies. On the issue date, the solicitation document (RFP) will be available on the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil website.
