- <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="GSA%20Logo%202" width="65" height="65" /> GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease at Daytona Beach International Airport in Daytona Beach, FL that will be expiring March 14, 2015. The Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease for 4,105 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economic and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. Offered space must be on airport property and all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. State: FL City: Daytona Beach Delineated Area: Daytona Beach International Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,105 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,105 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 36 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the RLP/Lease. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
