Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *Offerors Shall only Submit electronic files in.pdf format. *See solicitation for full details Vacuum Mixer General Characteristics: Non-contact, planetary centrifugal vacuum mixer required for degassing adhesives used to replace UH-60 Tail Rotor Blade Spar Plugs. The unit must to be mobile and take up little space. The mixer must be able to handle different adaptors to mix syringes containing the adhesive, and also use standard 150-300ml containers. The power supply must be Single Phase 100VAC +/- 10%, with an operating temperature from 10-35 degree Celsius. Revolution speed should be 2000 rpm, vacuum pressure at 0.66 Kpa. The unit must have locking lid system, rotational speed sensor and process time less than 60 minutes.
