Description
M67001-15-Q-0028 Request For Quotes The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS 314120. Quotes from other than small businesses will not be considered for award.Only Open Market quotes will be considered, GSA quotes will not be evaluated. The Marine Corps Installations East, Regional Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), M67001-15-Q-0028, for the acquisition of comforters, area rugs, and drapes in accordance with FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items". Required items and specifications are listed in Schedule of Items and Statement of Work below. The Government intends to award a single contract. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, but reserves the right to engage in discussions if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. A single firm-fixed price delivery order against an Open Market contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.The proposed acquisition is for a 100% small business set-asideDELIVERY/INSTALLATION:PRICING:EVALUATION. Award will be based on the initial evaluation of quotes received in response to the solicitation. Therefore, quoters are cautioned that their initial quotes should contain their best terms from a technical and price standpoint. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis. All quotes will be evaluated first on price. The lowest priced quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Quotes may be submitted via email to james.housel@usmc.mil; or via courier to Contracting Department, Bldg 1116, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Submitted quotes must reflect Technical and Price as described in this Request for Quote. It is solely the Contractor's responsibility to ensure proposals are received within the required timeframe.SCHEDULE OF ITEMS: The Government requires Brand Name or Equal for all of the line items identified above: This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The manufacture's name and model/part number have been provided to describe equipment deemed capable of satisfying the Government's requirements. Further, the manufacturer names and part number are provided only to assist potential offerors in understanding the Government's requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand and will consider quotes for any products of similar size, color, design, and quality as the products listed. Quotes related to this RFQ shall be received by the Contracting Department within the date and time specified in Block 8 on the first page of this solicitation, to be considered for award. The information submitted shall be clear and legible (Note: repetitively copied data loses its clarity and legibility.) Quotes submitted shall include the following: To ensure technical compliance: Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote. The Government intends to make a single Firm Fixed Price Award to satisfy this requirement. All quotes shall be the Contractor's Best Pricing. The Government requires delivery at the time of installation. The award, resulting from this solicitation, will provide the Government Representative contact information to arrange delivery and installation. Installation is required. A post-award meeting, between the Contractor and Government representative, will be scheduled within three (3) business days of contract award to arrange and coordinate installation of all items. Please see the Statement of Work for complete delivery/installation requirements. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
