Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for its Intuitive Da Vinci SI robotic surgical system, located at VA Western New York Healthcare System (VA) located in Buffalo NY. The service agreement includes: i.8am-5pm Monday-Friday on-site service support to include travel, labor and parts ii.24hr/7 day a week telephone support iii.Remote monitoring of the Da Vinci robotic surgical system iv.Scheduled preventative maintenance services v.Software updates All work shall be done by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained technicians, using only new OEM parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include three option years is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by VISN 2. This is not a solicitation.
