- Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles, except as otherwise provided, required to perform cleaning, maintenance, and mowing services at the (Lake) project recreation areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific, and Technical Provisions, Drawing, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained within the Scope of Work or incorporated by reference. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specification and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: This RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561210. The size standard is $38.5 million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PCF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe register at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments will be available from the FBO website by download only. Downloads are available only through the FBO website.
