Attachment 2: Appendix A-Areas to be mapped Attachment 1: RFP Package 15-005234 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-79. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIHCC-R-002023 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million. This will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price, 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
