Description

The proposed contract action is a six-month bridge contract for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The intended source is the incumbent contractor: Air Methods Corporation, 7301 S Peoria, Englewood, CO 80112-4133. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; however, all quotations received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A solicitation document will be posted on or after 5 Feb 15.
