Description

Tomah VAMC Golf Course Announcement Description: Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) seeks interested party to lease the property associated with the 2,860 yard, par 36, nine (9) hole golf course at the Tomah VA Medical Center, in Tomah, WI. The course consists of three par 3, three par 4 and three par 5 holes. The course is ideally situated around the Tomah VAMC campus in Tomah, Wisconsin. Along with the course there is a club house, ample parking, a putting green and other amenities. Lease will consist of the land, the clubhouse, and golf carts. Golf course maintenance equipment may be available based on lessee requirements.
